Rental Prices:

Oakley Resident: $250 per day*
Kamas Valley Resident: $500 per day*

Summit County Resident: $1,000 per day

Outside of Summit County: $1,500 per day

Proof of Residency

All renters must show proof of residence in the form of a utility bill or other valid documentation (e.g., driver’s license) to secure reservation for the Oakley City, Kamas Valley, or Summit County resident’s prices. If you fail to do so, you will be charged the full rental price of $1,500 per day.

Security Deposit

A security deposit of $500 is required for reservation and may be paid in person the week of your reservation. You will be given a key to the facility or a door code along with a cleaning check list and dumpster lock code after you pay the security deposit. The full refund of the security deposit may be refunded within 3-5 business days after your event if all parameters of the rental agreement and cleaning checklist have been met.

Cancellation Fee

Cancellations received up to three months before your event receive 50% refund of the rental fee. Cancellations received less than three months prior to your event means forfeiting the entire rental fee.
