AN ORDINANCE GRANTING AN ELECTRIC UTILITY FRANCHISE AND GENERAL UTILITY EASEMENT

 On September 11th, 2024, at the regularly scheduled Oakley City Council meeting, Ordinance 2024-02 was formally adopted and is effective as of this posting date, September 16, 2024.  

Ordinance 2024-02 establishes a franchise agreement with Rocky Mountain Power that allows the Utility Company to perform repair, maintenance, construction and services related to supplying power within Oakley City.
