NOTICE OF PASSAGE

OAKLEY CITY FEE & RATE RESOLUTION NO. 2021-09

A RESOLUTION ADOPTING FEE SCHEDULES AND POLICIES FOR DEVELOPMENT, PLANNING, BUSINESS LICENSE, AND OTHER FEES.

On August 11, 2021 at their regularly scheduled City Council meeting, the Oakley City Council adopted the above referenced resolution that establishes development, planning, and other fees.  This revision of fees is in large part due to the revision of the Oakley City Land Use and Development Code that was adopted by the City Council earlier this year.
