NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING - CONSERVATION BURIAL

THE OAKLEY CITY COUNCIL

As a courtesy and to collect public comment invites all interested persons to make comment at the above time and place regarding a proposed conservation burial site, located on a portion of Oakley City owned Parcel OT-270-X. 

When:           Wednesday, September 11th, 2024 

Time:                  7:00 PM

Where:          Oakley City Hall, 960 West Center Street, Oakley Utah 84055

Comments may be submitted electronically via email to the City Recorder, Amy Rydalch at amy@oakleycity.com, or in writing to the Oakley City Council prior to the meeting.  

When making a comment in person at the hearing please keep in mind that the Council Chair will establish the order and rules for public comment prior to opening the hearing including time limitations per comment.  

In Compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations during these hearings should notify the City Recorder, Amy Rydalch at the Oakley City Offices or at 435-783-5734 at least 3 business days prior to the hearing to be attended.
