Notice of Passage Ordinance 2022-01 Discharge of a Firearm within Oakley City Limits

On March 23, 2021, the Oakley City Council adopted Ordinance 2022-01 in their regularly scheduled Council meeting.  Please see the attached file below for the full ordinance.  This ordinance goes into effect April 5, 2022.
